As soon as I saw the sunburn last night I knew my weight would bump up. Sunburn makes your body retain water weight until it is healed. It's not as bad as it could have been. Extra water for the next few days, worth it. Yesterday pics plus a manatee while kayaking pic.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 132.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
