This up and down on the scale is just not on but amazingly I'm not feeling bulgy because I've been active I actually started jogging instead of walking working on getting back to running so I'm not even upset about it cos my fitness is getting back on track
I know where I might be going wrong with mu eating so I will decrease a bit of protein and since I compensate for carbs but now I see what they mean by moderate protein not more than fat
I'm loving the lchf mostly cos its healing my body more than anything, I sip on bone broth daily in the morning instead of breakfast and I love how it keeps me full until lunch time
I don't get enough time to write on my journal but my fitness buddies I'm with you all the way and keep strong for the rest of the week

187.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
