Not where I wanted to be for my Birthday, but a whole lot better than where I was this time last year. Time to readjust my goal. I got close and so am not going to beat myself up too much.
274.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 109.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well,,,now.. do you have to have a goal???.... I just stick to it each hour of the day ,,each day of the week and let the low carb do the rest... yes,,, you did great.. but.. now,, think about your foods and how you can change them around to taste more better..hehe.. you not only can do this ..you are doing this... I look at REG FOODS.. as poison to my body... if it has many carb in a small amount ..I do not eat or want it. Do I want to spend say...9 of my 25 or so on say...2 tbs...don't think so......I just know... I have come down off 3.58#s to 146#s over the years...a lot of years....was not fast at all........and stalls oh yes,,,,, the body seems to like to play catch up.....and just st and YES BUDDY I HAVE LEARED A LOT ON THE WAY............sooo think about how big your clothes are getting... and enjoy your meals.. and relax.. if you stick with this ...IT WILL AND DOES WORK.. but not if anyone keeps jumpin' on and off... This ole gal got tired of starting over and over and over again.. so it is much easier to..... only cook LOW CARB.. and no I never get tired of eggs done a zillion ways..in face got 8 doz this week at wal greens for 99 cents a doz. I keep 7 hard boiled in the fridge at all times... that is how many my little cooker makes at once.. and I can use them up quickly.. have a super blessed day.. and oh YES...MAM ...WE CAN ALL DO THIS.... pst.. I am 73 and love my WOE

Thanks everyone for the BDay wishes. Happy B-day Becca. Mine is the first but we've basically been celebrating it since last weekend, as my Brother In Laws was the 25th, as was a dear friends. Meanwhile another friends was the 30th, as is one of my nephews, and so on and so on. Too many Aquarian s and not enough time to celebrate with everyone.

In my neck of the woods we joke about having a Birthday month...works for me! Not so much the cake part but coffee with friends and family is fun too!
