still staying away from bread, potatoes, corn etc lots of vegis and upping my proteins really don't want to loose anymore ,maybe actually gain some muscle mass would be good. walk 3 to 4 miles daily. summer is coming andyard work will begin .haha
119.5 lb Lost so far: 87.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
