having the food ready to go is half the battle!

You are way more organized than I am. Every morning I struggle to figure out what I'm going to fix. I do have veggies all cleaned and in bite size portions bagged up in the fridge for snacks, that's about as organized as I get. Here's to a great week!

IamLinny and rhontique trust me being prepared isn't the issue. Planning ahead isn't either. It's sticking with what is prepared and the plan that I have issues with. Today has been easier than usual as only one person in the office didn't have their own lunch. So there was no delivery of mass quantities that would normally have bumped my plan.

You are doing great. Most of the eating that happens in America tends to be driven by social motives and your job seems to be particularly tempting. Moving to the place where you realize that food is just a biological function and not entertainment takes some of the pressure off. Getting 'unhooked" from all the crappy addictive substances is the first step in the process. You are doing great. Keep it up.
