WOW, 147.5 lbs??? Seriously, I DON'T know how I did it - maybe now that I'm off the prednisone, I'm just losing lots of water? It's really weird considering how stressed I've been. My 25-year-old is getting divorced & moving back in with us for a few months (or more) AGAIN! We've been cleaning out closets & getting rid of stuff to make room, and I've once again lost my workout room. I joined 10-Gym over the weekend, but was too busy to actually go in. Tonight for sure! But I guess cleaning out closets & such does actually burn calories, who knew? (LOL!)
147.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
