I will admit that I almost let what seems to be a stall in my weight loss discourage me a little bit. Then it was time to take my weekly measurements and now I know that my time in the gym is starting to pay off even if the scale doesn't say so.
Beginning December 23: waist 38", hips 47", thighs 26"
January 1:
waist 35", hips 45", thighs 25.5"
I call this a win and I am well on my way to getting in shape for the Warrior Dash in February.
