I found myself at a place of not caring so much about weighing every single day. It's like that piece of me that's been so obsessed and fixated on the scale finally relaxed a bit. There were a few times this week where the little voice inside my head asked, (and with good reason), "aren't you afraid if you stop checking your weight that you'll just start gaining again?" The answer was "not so much" and this morning I woke up feeling smaller in my body. I decided to weigh in just out of curiosity. I was down 1 lb from Saturday! That put's me under 220 for the first time in 3 years. It's a great feeling to have reached my mini goal before Christmas. I'd love to be under 215 by New Year's but that might be exceeding my grasp. Enjoy the day all my fellow FS'er's.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like keeping my own weightloss journal. I don't put a lot on here only my weightloss.. if you weigh yourself everyday, you can see patterns in weight loss and gain
