eating lots of vegies so carb count 30ish daily. the fitbit keeps me motivated.8000 to 10000 steps a day carrying 1lb weights to give my arms more exercise. new goal is 122 lbs about 24% about fat i think right now i'm around 26% feel good
131.8 lb Lost so far: 75.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
