Not official til Sunday but I couldn't wait!
160.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1454 kcal Fat: 61.32g | Prot: 118.75g | Carb: 103.54g.   Breakfast: Cream Cheese, Trader Joe's Protein Power Banana Chocolate Chunk Muffins, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, Turkish Chicken. Dinner: Vanilla Ice Creams, Fresh & Easy Teriyaki Chicken Breast Pieces, Sweet and Sour Chicken or Turkey, P.F.
