good morning to all; just waking up here. looks like it will be a nice day. haven't had ac on for a few days. fresh air in the house is great.
with the lawnmowing yeaterday ;over came my bump. but with it being less hot; i didn't take a proper break and got a bit dehydrated. when i came in ; i was wobbley and bp 85/60 with hr 127. took a bit of fluids and rest to get back to my normal 110/60 hr 80. bp before weght loss was 150/90 on 2 meds now basicly no meds except thyroid and vitamins. oh yes and chlosterol pill to make my dr happy. we will see how that goes next dr visit.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 63.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great loss Kathleen! I take a cholesterol pill, too, but I've been reading about the statins lately and don't like what I read. The Pravastatin that I take can cause insomnia which, of course, I've suffered from for years. And from what I read, they do bring the numbers down, but they don't seem to stop heart attacks or strokes. I'm so confused. I love my doctor, but he's older and I know he's going to want me to continue with them but after the reading I just don't know.
