well weight isn't bad even with my going over on the eating yesterday. doing better so far today. nothing exciting to report . so, hope everyone on FS is welland happy today
146.2 lb Lost so far: 60.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
