monday morning; rained a little last night. i'm awake but kinda dopy (don't take sleeping pills etc) just finished breakfast and coffee. waiting for lawn to dry a little as need to mow out front at least. need to trim my hibiscus out front but after watching youtube, think i'll to root some cuttings . yes i know that it's late in the year . but this is florida and we usually get one or two nights of frost in febuary. still 90 degrees here now.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
