good morning , looks like a beautiful day here in west florida . all though sorry for those who where flooded are still trying out. and the mosquito problem has magnified here. donated blood yesterday , they are testing for zika. the diet continues. my disire for food has deminished so much, if i eat more than 1000 kal ;i feel uncomfortably full. but still have to work on drinking water
150.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I think you're doing great and I wish I had half of your energy. Maybe as I continue to lose weight that will come in time. The lack of desire for food is a definite plus.
