Well, start of a new month, and I'm weighing in. Overall my weight didn't change much, went down 2 lbs in August, but then came back up again. That part is SO FRUSTRATING!!! But I did apparently take a smidge off the waistline, maybe 1/4 inch, and the body fat% is down about 1.5 to 36.5% - does that mean I've grown a little muscle??? Sure hope so!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
