approximately a 20/4 fast every day for 17 days, 9.5 lbs. down.

165 lbs. is the final goal, it will be an all-time low for weight.

I'm going very much against the grain of my normal training and diet, but the plan is to get lean and stay lean. No more 170 lbs. to 196 lbs. and back again... Ballooning in order to gain strength and size has gotten old.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Chad, good work with the 20:4 fast. I did it for a month and it really kicked up my fat release.
