Well hello all! Had a bit of time off of work and here and desite having a new dog and playing Pokemon Go I seem to have gained! 2 days off harsh diet regime should sort me out - as I'm off again this weekend to a festival!

Hope everyone is well
142.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
