Yikes - three weekends of festivals have piled on 3lbs (is 3lbs a pile?) all those lobster baps, bacon and cheese toasties and pints of cider need to come off again ready for the next festival - so despite my tummy already grumbling (after half a bagel and low fat cream cheese for breakfast) I shall be having coffee and salad today. Grrr!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

3lbs is nothing. In fact I would say well done for gaining so little for such a lot of enjoyment. One way to stop the tummy grumble, which a lot of people suffer from during dieting, is to drink lots of water, flavoured if need be. Water is easier to loose than the alternative. People I know including myself :) tend to eat to quell the grumbles, which is self defeating on a diet. Well done anyhow :)

thanks - yes I do need to drink more -I might cave in and get a fruit infusor water bottle to add lime to
