changed up breakfast today still ketogenic i think. bullet proof coffee, 1 boild egg, 1 cheddercheese stick and 2 strawberries. very colorful, and satisfying too. reading up on alziemers; decided to start omega 3 , with the way i eat i'm certain that i'm not getting enough dha or epa. what's the use of living long if i loose my brain?
163.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
