happy sunday . hope everyone is healthy and happy. i wish everyone would accept each other and allow for differences without trying to ram their own agenda other peoples throat. we are each individuals with individual goals and individual life circumstances; and that MUST be restected.i like keto lchf diet, others may like cico diet , who cares what what works for the other. it's about individual choices

I'm scrolling past some of the journals with a lot of argumentativeness...I agree, it's about individual choice. We may need different things to be successful.

Oliver, please do not proclaim other people's diets "dangerous". There are many of of us here who have restored their health with a healthy high fat diet. That's the last I will say; I'm with Kathleen, different diets work for different folks. Let's be respectful and peaceful about it.

I agree Erika and Kathleen. It may seem I perpetuate things at times, but I cannot bear someone being critical of anyone's process and thinking they know better than someone's doctor.
