happy friday. almost said thursday. being retired , sometimes i forget what day it is. anyway another hot , dry day here in west coast florida. there seems to be rain everywhere but my neighborhood . the fire ants are having a great time digging in the sand that once was dirt. well anyway the diet is going well. past the last plateau but i know another in on the horizan ,seems the one arrives about every 10 lbs for me
165.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
