You're doing great losing 37lbs is noting to sneeze at. You've hit a plateau; but I know you'll start losing again.

I agree with DMZur. I get to a certain point and then I will gain a .2 or go down 1 and then gain another .5 so I get frustrated but I also realize that my body has hit that plateau and trying to do a "catch up" type thing then I start loosing again.

37 lbs down wow!! Great work. U will overcome this platuea. Maybe do a calorie spike or carb spike for a meal shock your system unless u already have or are not ready to do that yet.
