went crazy yesterday . not sure what happened, really fell off ite wagon. ate 3 peanutbutter on toast sandwiches. just hadto do it , felt awfull after. had to take a colon cleanse . ate nothing after and only chicken broath and green tea so far today. ketons down to trace. haha. the devil made me do it. seems that every once in a while i do go off track but my gut tells me it's not happy and then i do ok again. it's like an alchoholic taking a drink , i'm always afraid that when that happenes ;that i'll go into a tail spin.
i know that i'm the same about cigarettes if i have one , i'm at a pack/day the next day.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I understand completely! Difference is, once I fall off it can take months for me to get back on track. I think you sound much stronger than I am. I have had to realize that when it comes to sugar especially, I am an addict. I've toyed with that idea for a long time, but now I know it's true. Sounds like you're back doing what you have to do so good for you on that!

i might have to use your excuse next time mine goes up..kathleen made me do it...ah..i mean the devil made me do it...lol..flush it out an get back into the healthy habit...you can do it..
