and the 16/8 fast continues.no problem . did mow the lawn yesterday, it seems hotter than usual in florida . all day job as i'd work and rest and rehydrate . but got it done. trying to do it myself as a form of exercise .
175.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

In Florida and in Georgia, we got our own heat sauna going, we don't need no gyms!!!

My new electric bill says May was FREAKIN HOT! LOL :) It really feels like mid July already...
