I think I have gotten off my plateau, I'm very happy!
I have company in from out of state for a month and more in July!
I'm keeping my course so far YEAH ME!!!!!!!!!!
267.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 132.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
