dr. adjusted my meds as kidney numbers bounced up .i'm not happy , hope this is just my body adapting , not a trend. i am keeping my food intake essentially the same and acttivity too. but i've been tired all week.well we will keep watching it . and monitering the bp.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
