Finally, can we please record a fat loss! YAY!

Way to go YOU! Can I ask, what is magic bullet coffee?

It's a cup of coffee with 3 tbsp of MCT oil (coconut) one tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter, two eggs (protein) and 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream and some stevia extract and vanilla extract for flavor and sweetness. My recipe gives me around 50% of my daily calories from fat. It makes it easier for me to get my healthy fats in without the extra carbs that food provides and the bothersome chewing that I simply can't deal with in the mornings. The fats metabolize faster into ketones which is what my body is currently burning primarily for fuel. The coffee is frothy, creamy and on par with what I used to pay 8 bucks for a Starbucks cappuccino. I won't start my day without it.
