weight stuck but holding . going is sliw but i know one of these days i'll suddenly be down 3 lbs that's how it goes with me or at least my scale. sticking with the low carb thing . thats the best for me . meditation class this evening , that is good for me. just learning. my mind gets distracted easily while trying to meditate , kinda like a child haha
200.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
