Another pound lost WHOOP! WHOOP!, I haven't weighed this low since 2 years ago! I'm so glad I'm dropping weight, it keeps me motivated to keep going...
132.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
