Week 6:
My scale broke, so I don't know if I lost any weight. My averages measured this
week were similar to ones before, but I have to admit the daily carb and calorie maximums were exceeded a couple of times. Today I'll buy a new scale. I realized it
is quite important for a diet :-)

214.1 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i used to not weigh myself either, i have scales they are older, they work but i do think it helps to know , i used to go by my clothes but now im being stricter and doing it properly,
