Happy New Year!!!!!

I miss my FS warriors. I went to a really dark place in the last 6 months or so and tried to loose weight and get in shape without my FS family's support.

It sucks being an adult knowing what you should do but choosing not to do so. My excuses got me to my highest weight ever 1 week before Christmas, 260.

That's it. I swear. Last year, I set some goals and broke them down into smaller goals and now I am chipping away at them slowly but surely.

This week Friday will be 2 weeks since Christmas and even if was only down 2 pounds, I would be content because I am working on changing the internal dialog 1st and everything else afterwards in that order.

So far, so good. Wishing everyone a happy and successful journey this year.

255.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome back Ches! You mentioned changing the iternal dialog and that's how it works with me. If my mindset is there then everything else falls in place, if I mess up and fall down, gotta get back up and keep on going. You can do this my friend.

The big thing on internal dialog is you have to put new stuff in or else the stuff in your head will just circulate, which is not a problem if the stuff is positive and is moving you in the right direction. I didn't buy any new equipment or magic pills or potions or dvd or instant video downloads on burning fat or anything like that. I am just getting focused and taking SERIOUS action. I am so proud of those who put in the work and didn't quit. I am truly inspired by many of you. Thanks.
