Rckc's Journal, 16 October 2015

Well, got back from vacation the 10th and had gained 10 lbs. The food was amazing and had a great time! Had lots of desserts, which I never have. BUT by the end of the week I felt heavy and bloated and sluggish. Nice reminder how sugar/carbs make me feel! Back at the gym and have lost the 10 lbs + 2 more. Must have been water/bloat. Glad to have it gone and feeling so much better!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

I had that reminder recently, I was sitting here earlier wondering if I'd ever want to eat out of the plan ever again!

Michelle- I felt totally different. It made me wonder how I ever made it thru the days when I ate so horribly. Yes, it tasted good, but by the end of the week I was literally falling asleep in mid conversation! So bloated yet wanting to eat! A special dinner once in a while would be fine for me but great reminder of my old WOE and how awful it made me feel.
