What a weekend - If you are really focused then I think saying no thank you to Ice cream , fried chips, normal chips and wine is easy:-)
125.0 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1169 kcal Fat: 40.43g | Prot: 111.27g | Carb: 90.13g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Cooked Egg White. Lunch: Pineapple, Broccoli, Chicken Thigh. Dinner: Pineapple, Rump Steak. Snacks/Other: PnP Fat Free Milk, Jungle Oats, 100% Whey Protein Protein Shake, Green Tea, Coffee, Broccoli, Tastic Brown Basmati Rice, Chicken Thigh. more...

Thank you my two Inspirational Weight Loss gurus, thanks big boy for the weekend chats really helped as well. :-) and I had the diet coke instead only 1, when the fam had ice cream. I had coffee when they had drinks and milkshakes for lunch.

Low Fat Yoghurt makes an excellent low calorie dessert/snack that can substitute ice cream for times that you really want some :)
