9st 3 (1lb off at WW) Good result this week that I'm pleased with. Had dentist & TOTM so I think I haven't fought off a cold as well as I would normally have, but I've kept on and felt much better today, hurrah! I've even been out and about all day today but not overeaten, on the whole it's been a great day! Must be Shaz's happy wedding vibe rubbing off on me ;)
