not too shabby after 2 meals out yesterday. there is always too much salt for me in restaurant food.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Zest7, unless it's fast food you can always ask if they can do less salt, depends on how much they are pre-prepped. Most restaurants will adjust if they can.
