Yesterday was just a fluke day. Still stalled for weight BUT my clothes fit better so I am not worried. Kayaking today!
210.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At EG Simmions park. So local water into the bay (great view of tampa and st. pete at once, I took some pics but didn't post) back into local water. They have a nice little 2 mile kayak/canoe trail with markers along the way. The manatees were near markers 19 and 20 at the end (back where we started on the other side of the road)
