ARGH! Up 12 lbs since colonoscopy. STRESS & Depressed I think is the root of the problem, but being out of control is no excuse. Help me not only check in on the odd occasion, but get my ass in gear every day.
299.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 134.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
