I remember when 170 was my goal weight. Then I got to 170 and switched it to 165. I would like to get back down to 165 but I am going to need to change a few habits that I have unfortunately picked back up. Now that I have acknowledged that I will work on them. Continual growth that is what it is all about. Keep the faith!
170.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
