I'm starting to go back into ketosis so hopefully it should start dropping soon. One day was not worth this. But by the time it's next month I'll forget and do it again.
223.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 103.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, maybe the wine was worth it. :) The food not so much. I know I'll forget and do it again. But the one day a month keeps me from saying oh, it's just this once and having a full out binge happen.

I haven't binged in 2 months...ive already made july 4th my cheat day- one only though!!
