9st 1lb! (1 off at WW) So pleased at WW, needed half pound to get back to my 50lb (which a recently posted list tells me is the same as an elephant's heart and a human skin - yum!- with a nice Chianti of course lol) so I got that, and when I looked back I saw it was 12th June 2013 when I did it before, so as close to an exact anniversary as I could get really! A little disappointing when I thought that by mid November 2014 I'd put 20lb of that back on, nearly half! And not over the whole 2yrs, only during last year. Another thing I thought about it was that before when I achieved it, we used to go for dinner afterwards, whereas this was done after dinner, so that must make me a little less this time! It was my friend's 20th wedding anniversary this week, the pictures are shocking to see how I've aged, she doesn't seem to have, altho she tells me she's 5.5st heavier now! I'm a pound more than when I got married, the same year as her. It would be amazing if I'd stayed in that same weight bracket for two decades but the real and sad truth is much more of a concertina-wife effect! I was really surprised that I lost again at home this week, I'm really not looking to lose any more, don't want to look any more haggard old crone than I do already! But the Revels at the cinema this week and this weekend away should easily put paid to that lol! I won't be able to weigh in till Sunday next week as away again, visiting unis with No.1 daughter.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
