Woke at 233.2, down 5.2 from yesterday. This is after a 36-hour fast, and I got my lazy behind on my exercise bike for 30 minutes this morning.
233.2 lb Lost so far: 91.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
