Down on a Monday morning... That's a good way to start the week. ☺
155.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Since Feb.2 you have been on a wonderful slide going down toward your target! There has only been the slightest of jumps in your trip & that was 2 months in from your beginning slide :D Now 2 months after your little bump you are still enjoying your downward slope! What do YOU believe KEEPS you on the slide?

What do I believe keeps me going down? I have not quit. Ultimately, it is as simple as that. I have not allowed myself to be discouraged by temporary weakness. I have set my mind on a goal and I am determined I will get to that healthy self. I have not done anything revolutionary--I eat a lot better than I used to--fewer sweets and salty treats, more veggies. Tracking my food has helped immensely with that. I drink a lot of water everyday. I get exercise. I check in with my FS pals for support and encouragement often. I just keep working at all of these things.

And THAT is what it takes! A mind set........to not quit,to not be discouraged, to be determined, to do what is needed & to repeat it all daily!!! :D Change our MINDS & we change our BODIES.
