getting ready to leave on vacation this sunday. Have not been to the gym as much but still walking a lot. I plan on loosening up a little bit while gone and hope to do lots and lots of walking and activities. I figure if I can keep up with the 5 & 7 year old grandsons I should burn burn burn calories!!!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
