Ah good! The weight is going down. Weight lifting has got me feeling and looking great, but it is nice seeing a drop on the scale. Maybe that initial gain is starting to drop off now.

The other day, I thought my belly was getting fatter, but it's not. My legs are getting smaller at a much faster rate than my ab region. Thus, it looks like weight gain if you are ignoring the full picture.

I'm not yet at the point where you can see muscle if I'm not flexing. But, you can see that my arms are firm.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but after watching a Buzzfeed video, I am kind of interested in trying P90x. I've never been interested in it before even though I saw tremendous results in a lot of people. I don't know when I'll have the time to give it a try since I already workout 5x weekly.

My 4-mile run was rough this week. I walked a lot of mile 3 and almost all of mile 4. I must report that I felt exhausted Friday-Thursday while working out. This morning it hit me that it might be time for another B-complex supplement, so I swallowed one pre-workout and today felt back to normal.

Well, anyway. Here's to a great weekend! Onward...

Great progress. As for your run, you made it through the 4 miles and that is more than most people even thought about doing. Good for you!!!

Great work so far - if you are tired, you are right about the vitamins or maybe even a few extra calories.

You're right about the calories too, @HCB. I didn't have much of an appetite last week so all of my meals were rather light - especially for weight lifting.
