No movement but only week 2 of hard workouts. Foot is getting better every day, a lil sore but working out is helping. Weekends need to get in check. A Saturday workout will be next on the schedule and logging the weekend cals. Onward!

You'll get back to where you want to be in due time! Sometimes 2 steps back to spring 3 steps ahead. I know how you feel! Yesterday was the first day under 3000 calories for me since June/July of last year. I've been pigging out😆But I feel good and I'm happy with my body. Keep seeking positivity and the 1 day at a time approach consistently over time.

Got that right Joe and 66pack 💪🤘 Gettin my broccoli and chicken on 💃 Its been a while since I posted a flex and I'm working on getting in festival shape for all the shenanigans I'm getting into this summer!
