Don’t mind the gain, because I’m trying to gain more muscle on my legs. My body composition is changing for the better with an added new WO with a heavier kettle bell. I’m still eating at maintenance calories. Not sure if the scale, for me, is the best indicator of body composition gains.
130.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
