On steroids for a few days for sinus issues & ears…again 🙄 So, been eating at a higher calorie intake. Don’t mind the weight gain because I can always adjust calories later if need be. :) FYI, Covid is hitting Arkansas pretty bad right now as well as the stomach flu. Take care everyone!
129.8 lb Lost so far: 52.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Feel better Storms! Those steroids ain't no joke! You will get better Morticia, it took me a bit to get it back under control, but I just kept trying!

Hope you guys feel better soon! Steroids are a love/hate drug...lol. The last time I was on them, the nurse avoided even telling me how much weight I gained...lol. I literally ate myself sick every day for about 2 weeks.

Ugh, I was dealing with that this time last year. Got put on steroids and it messed with my sleep pretty bad. Still tested negative. 🥴
