I’m still experimenting on maintaining weight. It seems now that my metabolism is back to normal, I can eat up to around 2000 calories daily. Some days, I eat less. Wanting to lower fat intake some & tweaking that. The high protein intake seems to do my body good. Have a good weekend.
129.2 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
