This past week has been very difficult. I've worked 70 hour weeks, overnights and two jobs back to back before and you would think being a stay at home mom with a baby wouldn't be so bad... well I was wrong lol.

I think my daughter is going through a sleep regression and is actually full blown teething now. She's not old enough to hold chew toys on her own, so I'm stuck holding her chew toys- which is doing the trick. Thing is... I'm not getting anything done around the house because she needs to be on me 24/7 and she's cluster feeding. I can't even cook my favorite well balanced meals anymore. I need new recipes.

I can't eat any dairy because my daughter has an allergy to it. Can anyone give me crockpot recipes that are super simple to prepare that are low fat, high protein and no cheese please? Thank you in advance 🤍

Super easy, dump your protein of choice cubed in with some hard veggies and either canned tomatoes with sautéed garlic and/or onion and let it cook all day. Herbs depend on your mood, I like rosemary and thyme along with salt and lots of pepper. Can also use ground turkey if you brown it first. If you want to spice things up, dump in a can of El Pato or salsa. I also love to use a jar of chilis for a spicy week. Stir in Greek yogurt to make a cream style soup. I cook when it’s cool, so you got me at a good time.
