Yay!! Another good workout....even better than Friday. When I got my heart rate up, it was from pushing during the workout, not from being dizzy & no heart palpitations. I'm working at staying hydrated & drinking water earlier in the day, while I drink my coffee & eat breakfast.

I'm getting the Holter monitor tomorrow afternoon. I think I may have determined why I was having the palpitations & feeling light headed. Just to be sure...& safe, I'll wear it for the week as scheduled. If there are any issues, it should pick them up.

I had a comment on 2 of my food posts that the food looked good, but this person said they could only eat half as much. Funny, cause I don't usually think my portions are that big. One was about a cup of chili, a cup of kale salad & a cornbread muffin. The 2nd was Salmon (half of a filet....divided with Hubby), 4 shrimp, about 1/2 cup of fingerling potatoes & 3/4 cup lima beans. Is that a lot of food? I definitely think half of either meal wouldn't be satisfying.



136.4 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree with you. If you are losing weight, you're not eating too much. Some of the meals shown here would just leave me hungry. I eat til full, lose weight slowly, but have no patience for starving myself. Been there, done that.

Thanks Erica. I wonder if the comment meant it would be too many calories for them or they literally couldn't eat that much. Maybe I should clarify I'm in maintenance, therefore I can eat a little more. Also, I've always eaten more calories at my dinner meal.

I don’t think you eat too much. Some people just hit their calories in different ways.
